General
Yama has three Los Angeles locations: San Gabriel (911 W Las Tunas Dr), West LA / Mar Vista (11709 National Blvd), and Koreatown (3178 W Olympic Blvd). A fourth location in Sherman Oaks is planned.
San Gabriel is open every day 11am–7pm. West LA and Koreatown are open every day 11am–8pm. Yama is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Order as early as possible. Holiday platters are first-come, first-served, and Yama stops taking orders once capacity is reached.

Product
Some items contain gluten, including imitation crab in California rolls and related bentos, egg in several bowls and rolls, and soy sauce. Tamari and other gluten-free products are available in stores. Ask staff about specific items.
It depends on the fish. Scottish salmon is farm-raised; tuna may be wild-caught or farm-raised depending on the variety.
Eat sushi the day it is prepared. Keep it refrigerated and remove it about 15 minutes before serving.
Catering
Yes — pick-up catering in the greater Los Angeles area. Email catering@ejlentertainment.com with event details, or use the catering page for platter and bento orders.
Not at this time. Platters follow set menus for quality and consistency.
We do our best with advance notice. Our kitchen handles fish, avocado, shellfish, eggs, chicken, wheat, and soy.
